Job Overview

The Service Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery of academic programs and services across the institute. This role focuses on maintaining high teaching standards, streamlining program execution, and ensuring quality learning experiences for students while supporting teachers with the required resources and frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of academic programs, courses, and services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of curriculum as per institute guidelines.
  • Monitor class schedules, timetables, and teacher allocation.


  • Teacher Support & Coordination:

  • Act as a bridge between teachers, academic leadership, and administration.
  • Provide teachers with necessary teaching resources, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure teachers adhere to academic policies, pedagogy standards, and service delivery expectations.


  • Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits of teaching methods, student feedback, and learning outcomes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with parents, students, and staff to address service delivery concerns.
  • Work with external partners (if applicable) to ensure seamless program execution.


  • Operational Management:

  • Manage academic schedules, class loads, and teacher deployment.
  • Ensure smooth operations during examinations, workshops, and events.
  • Handle escalations related to service delivery in collaboration with the academic head.


  • Data & Reporting:

  • Track student attendance, performance, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare periodic reports for leadership on academic delivery and service outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in academic operations, program management, or service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, curriculum planning, and student engagement.
  • Experience managing teams of educators and coordinating multiple academic programs.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MIS, ERP, or learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to balance academic quality with operational efficiency.
