Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Oracle Fusion Application Support Engineer

with strong expertise in

HCM

and

PPM

modules, along with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

components. The ideal candidate will manage service delivery, ticket handling, and reporting while ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) of all incidents, enhancement requests, and change requests.

Strong hands-on experience in

Oracle Fusion HCM PPM modules

with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Independently handle

tickets, enhancements, change requests

perform

RCA

as per standards.

Manage

service delivery

, ticket tracking reporting, ensuring SLA compliance.

Knowledge of

OTBI / BI Publisher

and ITIL processes preferred.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA-based support environments.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
