Qualifications

Graduate Degree
3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organisation
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs or BrightEdge
Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
Self-motivated and strong team player with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
Ability to build networks within the organisation
Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Be able to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
Ability to grasp the fundamentals of work, learn new technologies and processes
Good knowledge and understanding of website standards and regulations e.g. WCAG, EAA, GDPR
