Service Delivery Manager

A Service Delivery Manager (SDM) oversees the execution and quality of services provided to clients or customers, focusing on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and improving operational efficiency. They manage service metrics, resolve issues, and report on performance, acting as a crucial link between clients and internal teams to meet service goals. 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 

Service Quality:

Ensuring services are delivered on time, to the agreed-upon standards, and effectively resolving issues or escalations. 

Performance Monitoring:

Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement. 

Internal Collaboration:

Working with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales) to ensure services align with client needs and expectations. 

Reporting:

Generating and presenting reports on service delivery performance and customer satisfaction to internal stakeholders and clients. 

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluating service delivery processes and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

Vendor Management:

Coordinating with and managing third-party vendors and service providers. 

Risk Management:

Proactively identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
