Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee after-sales service activities to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily service reports and records. Communicate effectively with clients via calls, emails, and meetings regarding service updates. Maintain accurate service records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date. Prepare quotations for spare parts and liaise with vendors or internal teams as required. Update and manage Customer Information Management (CIM) systems for service tracking. Assist in monitoring service performance and suggest improvements for efficiency. Support the service team in scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
