Key Responsibilities: Procurement of ELV Equipment: Source, evaluate, and procure ELV-related materials and systems, including cables, panels, control systems, sensors, and more. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality. Supplier Management: Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers of ELV components and systems. Evaluate suppliers based on reliability, product quality, cost, and delivery performance. Develop long-term partnerships to ensure consistent supply of materials. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels for ELV components. Conduct regular stock audits and manage reordering processes to avoid delays in project timelines. Ensure proper storage of ELV materials to avoid damage or malfunction. Documentation :- Preparing inward - outward challan Co-ordination with logistic team Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role (procurement or ELV technician). Experience working with ELV systems or electrical installations would be highly beneficial. Good communication and vendor management skills.

Role: The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service and maintenance activities for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, other low-voltage infrastructure. They act as the link between clients, service engineers, and management to ensure timely delivery and quality of service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling & Coordination Schedule service and maintenance tasks for field technicians. Assign technicians based on expertise and availability. Coordinate with clients to confirm service appointments. Track job progress and ensure timely completion. 2. Customer Communication Serve as the first point of contact for service requests, complaints, or queries. Provide clients with service reports, updates, and follow-up on outstanding issues. Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently. 3. Technical Documentation Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance logs, job cards, and reports. Update CRM or service management systems with job details and technician feedback. Track warranties, service agreements, and renewal dates. 4. Inventory & Resource Management Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required for ELV system servicing. Coordinate with procurement/logistics for materials and tools required by technicians.
