Service Coordinator

Role: The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service and maintenance activities for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, other low-voltage infrastructure. They act as the link between clients, service engineers, and management to ensure timely delivery and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule service and maintenance tasks for field technicians.
  
• Assign technicians based on expertise and availability.
  
• Coordinate with clients to confirm service appointments.
  
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion.
  

Customer Communication

• Serve as the first point of contact for service requests, complaints, or queries.
  
• Provide clients with service reports, updates, and follow-up on outstanding issues.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently.
  

Technical Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance logs, job cards, and reports.
  
• Update CRM or service management systems with job details and technician feedback.
  
• Track warranties, service agreements, and renewal dates.
  

Inventory & Resource Management

• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required for ELV system servicing.
  
• Coordinate with procurement/logistics for materials and tools required by technicians.
