Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of ELV Equipment:

Source, evaluate, and procure ELV-related materials and systems, including cables, panels, control systems, sensors, and more.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.

Supplier Management:

Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers of ELV components and systems.
Evaluate suppliers based on reliability, product quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Develop long-term partnerships to ensure consistent supply of materials.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of inventory levels for ELV components.
Conduct regular stock audits and manage reordering processes to avoid delays in project timelines.
Ensure proper storage of ELV materials to avoid damage or malfunction.

Documentation :-

Preparing inward - outward challan

Co-ordination with logistic team

Experience:

At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role (procurement or ELV technician).
Experience working with ELV systems or electrical installations would be highly beneficial.

Good communication and vendor management skills.
