The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service activities, ensuring smooth communication between customers, service engineers, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule service requests, maintenance, and repair activities. Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding service requirements, queries, and complaints. Assign service calls to field engineers/technicians and ensure timely completion. Maintain and update service logs, reports, and customer records in the system. Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Track inventory/spare parts required for service jobs and coordinate with the stores/procurement team. Support the service team with documentation, quotations, and billing processes. Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager or higher authority. Monitor service KPIs (turnaround time, response time, customer satisfaction scores, etc.,) Key Competencies: Strong coordination and multitasking ability. Professional and proactive communication.
