Service Coordinator

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position in Navi Mumbai, Rabale, your role will involve conducting post-sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been successfully completed and that customers are satisfied with the transaction. You will also be responsible for preparing quotes as per requisition from the Sales & Service team, as well as preparing proforma invoices and sales order confirmations for service requests. Coordinating with customers for technicians and service partners visits based on the daily service plan will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements are accomplished and customers are satisfied. - Prepare quotes as per requisition from the Sales & Service team. - Prepare proforma invoices and sales order confirmations for service requests. - Coordinate with customers for technicians and service partners visits based on the daily service plan. - Prepare monthly service MIS and other daily service reports. - Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Service team and other departments including Operations, Design, and Accounts. - Attend daily meetings with production, purchase, design, etc., to understand service plans. - Act as a SPOC between the operations team and the customer, clarifying any questions regarding service and installation. - Coordinate between the Service team and Admin team for ticket and hotel bookings. Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in a similar role. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Prior experience in customer service or sales support will be an advantage.,
