Role Description This is a full-time on-site Service Coordinator role located in Ahmedabad at M.A.H.Y. KHOORY & CO. LLC. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role involves daily interaction with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure Experience in customer service or related field Knowledge of basic computer applications Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Previous experience in a coordination role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
