Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator (Third Party - 1 Year Contractual Role) in Mumbai, you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating service activities to meet customer needs and expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and technical departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of service orders. Your main responsibilities will include strategic planning, receiving calls from customers, scheduling repair, maintenance, validation, and installation jobs, as well as scheduling Field Service Engineers (FSE) on a daily basis. You will need to ensure that the equipment database is updated at the creation of jobs and create all jobs in SAP. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily hours reconciliation for FSEs, following up with FSEs on their open jobs, maintaining and updating work in progress jobs, providing quotations on open jobs if required, liaising with customers for return visits, and responding to customer queries in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for checking the Oxando connector multiple times a day and clearing errors, assisting customers with any job-related queries, collaborating with ZSH/RSH for FSEs and customer issues, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements in all aspects of your work. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a minimum bachelor's degree, excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools and SAP, and preferably technical knowledge. You should also have 1-3 years of work experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, time management skills, customer service orientation, teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as strong organizational skills. Being knowledgeable about current risk management standards, compliance principles, and frameworks will be beneficial for this role.,
