Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator for bio fermenter installations and maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating service schedules and field support activities. Your main duties will include acting as a liaison between clients, service engineers, and internal teams, monitoring service requests, tracking issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. Additionally, you will maintain service documentation, reports, and customer feedback records, assist and coordinate with the Head of Department, ensure spare parts availability and inventory management, support compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as maintain timely tour claims. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) and at least 2 years of experience in service coordination or technical support. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and service management software. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
