Service Commercial Operations Leader

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Service Sales revenue recognition and execution pacing for the zone, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

• Maintain SLAs that impact both business performance and customer satisfaction.

• Drive adoption and effective utilization of SFDC and APPTUS tools across the Service Sales organization.

• Apply strategic and analytical insights to influence business outcomes, drive sales linearity, and support execution pacing.

• Own and optimize key sales operations processes to meet zone commitments and ensure revenue compliance.

• Use analytical thinking and technical expertise to implement policies and strategies, while proposing solutions for complex, interdependent processes.

• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, lead small-scale projects, and foster team alignment by communicating expectations and resolving sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience.

• Requires experience in Contract Management preferably within Services

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
