This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Center Manager located in Malappuram. The Service Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the repair center, manage a team of technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory levels, and implement operational policies. Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, tracking progress, handling escalations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other branches and suppliers as necessary.
