We're Hiring: Service Center Manager in Chandigarh! Job Title: Service Center Manager Company: MI Service Centre & Reliance RESQ Service Centre Location: Sector 47c, Chandigarh Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Center Manager to lead operations at our authorized MI and Reliance RESQ service centers in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused leader with a passion for technology and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the technical team, and driving business performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the service center's daily operations, including customer service, technical repairs, and inventory management. Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional service. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and repair requests. Maintain service quality standards as mandated by MI and Reliance RESQ. Handle customer escalations with professionalism and care. Oversee inventory, spare parts management, and financial reporting for the center. Drive performance to meet and exceed service targets and KPIs. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (Graduation) in any discipline is required. Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a service center or retail environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
