Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Service and Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Karnal branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of service personnel to achieve exceptional customer service and branch performance

- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop training plans for team members

- Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners

- Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of service experience

- Proven leadership and management experience

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
