Job Description

As a Project Execution specialist, your role will involve scheduling project tasks according to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and assigned resources. You will coordinate with the Project Manager (PM), Team Manager (TM), and Technical Lead to ensure efficient and timely project execution. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing off-site development work, conducting functional testing, and integrating various hardware and software components. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting Pre-FAT and FAT, supervising panel manufacturing, hardware configuration, and preparing setups for Internal FAT/Customer FAT. You will be responsible for application development on PLC or SCADA platforms under the guidance of the Lead Engineer, Technical Manager, or Project Manager. Furthermore, you will need to plan site execution with the necessary manpower, tools, and resources, ensuring no delays due to resource unavailability. Deployment of solutions at customer sites, testing, and commissioning of programs will also be part of your duties, either individually or as part of a team. Providing customer support when assigned, while maintaining regular communication with the Lead Engineer, Technical Manager, and Project Manager for technical deliverables, will be crucial. Your role will also entail handling documentation tasks, including preparing and approving project documentation such as GA Drawings, Wiring Drawings, FAT/SAT procedures, and manuals. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining project backups in designated locations. Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Technotes for troubleshooting and maintenance guidelines, as well as site-specific configurations, will be part of your responsibilities. In terms of compliance, reporting, and training, you will need to adhere to reporting processes, maintain discipline at the workplace and customer sites, and uphold integrity and confidentiality standards. Daily reporting of on-site/off-site project activities to the Lead Engineer, PM, and TM will be required. Additionally, you should engage in self-training, both functionally and cross-functionally, to achieve targeted goals, which may include obtaining online/offline certifications.,
