Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Service Application Engineer based in Noida. The primary responsibilities will include providing field service support, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with energy storage systems, and delivering reliable technical assistance to customers. The role also involves collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams to address customer needs and ensure service excellence. Maintaining strong communication with customers and offering exemplary customer service is integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and expertise in on-site setup, installation, and Commissioning of Battery energy storage systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve technical challenges
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and teams
• Problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude with a focus on client satisfaction
• Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in energy systems, renewable energy, or BESS is an advantage
