1. ERP Compliance Monitoring : Achieve 100% adherence to ERP platform usage and reporting protocols
2. Quarterly Internal Audit Performance : Plan vs. Actual execution of internal audit schedules within a 3-month review cycle
3. Customer Complaint Analytics & Root Cause Resolution : Systematic tracking of customer complaints with actionable RCA and closure metrics
4. Campaign Execution & Performance Reporting: Follow-through on OEM-led service campaigns with timely reporting and feedback loops
5. AMC Coverage Expansion & Service Renewal Tracking: Increase Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) penetration and ensure proactive follow-up on service renewals
6. Customer Feedback Management & Corrective Action Implementation : Capture, analyse, and act on customer feedback with documented improvement plans
7. Warranty Cost Optimization (COPQ Management): Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through warranty claim control and process improvements
8. Daily Operational KPI Tracking: Monitor service delivery metrics, including:
o Service Turnaround Time (TAT)
o Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) – QR /Link
o Warranty Claim Ratio
o Parts Availability Index
o Technician Productivity Rate
o Repeat Repair Incidence
