Service Trainers - Commercial HVAC

Position: Technical Service Trainers

Locations: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for training Transport Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technicians in the HVAC industry. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, providing technical support, collaborating with management, and maintaining documentation and reporting & deliver comprehensive training programs for technicians

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for technicians.

- Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate hands-on sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques.

- Assess and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor trainee progress and adjust programs based on feedback.

- Technical Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and stay updated on HVAC technologies.

- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with management to understand training needs and coordinate schedules.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of activities and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field. Additional HVAC certifications are preferred.

- Experience in HVAC industry, specifically in transport air conditioning and refrigeration. Teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in training tools and software, and strong organizational skills.

- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel, proficiency in English & Hindi, and regional languages as per location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,333.33 - ₹41,666.67 per month
