Role And Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility

: This person is responsible for overseeing the development, installation, and maintenance of servers and related components. They must have a strong understanding of server hardware and software, as well as networking and storage infrastructure. They must be able to coordinate and manage server resources, troubleshoot and resolve server issues, and ensure the security and reliability of the server environment.

Experienced & Certified on RHEL ( Linux)
Cross Functional Management.
Escalating issues to OEM / Vendors and closure till satisfaction.
SLA Monitoring & Handle Escalations
MIS Report with Recommendations on Red Alert - Security issues, Uptime improvement , SLA Improvement, Cost Optimization
