Position -SEPG(Software Engineering Process Group) Specialist Experience -10-15 yrs Notice Period - Immediate joiner-45 days Qualification - Any Graduate Location - Ahmedabad Skills -Agile and Scrum implementation,IT software background,production metrics,Quality Assurance,Tool Implementation,Certifications in CMMI,Six Sigma, Agile Key Responsibilities: Process Definition & Improvement : Develop, implement, and maintain software engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices tailored to organizational needs. Agile & Scrum Implementation: Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure effective project execution and team collaboration. Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with software quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective use of metrics and KPIs. Production Metrics Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize production metrics to achieve operational excellence and deliver measurable results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to integrate and reinforce process improvements into daily operations. Training & Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in process methodologies, tools, and best practices. Tool Implementation: Identify and implement process automation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to improve productivity and streamline operations. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between stakeholders, effectively communicating process changes, project updates, and improvement initiatives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with current processes and provide actionable solutions to mitigate them proactively. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : Proven track record in Agile and Scrum implementation in software development. Strong background in process improvement frameworks such as CMMI, Six Sigma, or ISO standards. Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing production metrics. Preferred Skills: Certifications in CMMI, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent process improvement methodologies. Prior experience working in a fast-paced IT software development environment. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software engineering processes.
