Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketer with 0-3 years of experience to lead B2B/B2C lead generation , execute targeted campaigns , manage social media marketing , and implement remarketing/retargeting strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept in PPC advertising , SEO/SEM , and possess hands-on expertise in analytics tools to drive growth and optimize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to attract high-quality leads using Google Ads , LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and cold outreach techniques. Targeted Campaigns: Plan and execute audience-segmented campaigns using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) , Account-Based Marketing (ABM) , and sales funnel optimization strategies. Social Media Marketing: Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter , leveraging user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing to boost engagement. Remarketing/Retargeting: Implement Facebook Pixel , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , and dynamic retargeting ads to re-engage potential leads and improve conversion rates . SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research , optimize website content for search engine rankings , and manage Google Ads & Display Network campaigns. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , heatmaps (Hotjar, Crazy Egg) , and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement. Email Marketing: Design email drip campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp and implement cart abandonment strategies to boost conversions. Collaborate with content , design , and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation , targeted campaigns , and remarketing Proficiency in tools like Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , LinkedIn Ads , Google Tag Manager , and SEO platforms ( SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz ) Strong knowledge of retargeting strategies , audience segmentation , and CRM systems ( HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho ) Experience with UTM tracking , URL builders , and marketing KPIs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Certification in Google Ads , Google Analytics , or Facebook Blueprint Experience with A/B testing , landing page optimization , and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Familiarity with social media schedulers ( Buffer, Hootsuite ) and email marketing tools ( SendGrid, Mailchimp ) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,093.70 - ₹15,490.60 per month Work Location: In person
