We are looking for a strategic and experienced SEO Team Lead to drive the SEO function, lead a team of SEO professionals, and deliver impactful organic growth initiatives across web properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the SEO team, manage project pipelines, and oversee all SEO campaigns.
Define and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Analyze website performance, identify growth opportunities, and formulate optimization strategies.
Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities, ensuring best practices.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with content, development, and design teams.
Hire, train, and mentor SEO executives to build a high-performing team.
Generate and present monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms and lead innovation in SEO practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine behavior, ranking strategies, and modern SEO tools.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEO software suites.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
