Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our digital marketing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both on-page and off-page SEO, proven experience managing and mentoring a team, and the ability to drive measurable results for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO executives.
• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to drive organic growth.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Prepare performance reports and present progress to senior management or clients.
• Set team goals and ensure timely execution of SEO tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of total SEO experience with at least 1 year of team management experience.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,727.27 - ₹47,509.91 per month
