SEO Strategist & Analytics Lead

We are looking for a strategic SEO professional with strong analytical skills to lead organic growth initiatives across client projects. This role demands expertise in modern SEO practices, content and keyword planning, and analytics-driven decision-making. The candidate should be comfortable with evolving AI-era search environments, able to manage end-to-end SEO processes, and skilled in client communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with the evolving search landscape, including AI-driven search and zero-click results.
• Lead keyword and content planning, competitor benchmarking, and structured content development.
• Monitor organic performance using relevant industry-standard SEO and analytics tools.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, with strong Excel proficiency; experience with BI platforms such as Looker Studio is a plus.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Present insights clearly to clients, connecting SEO outcomes to measurable business goals.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring process consistency and quality delivery.
• Stay ahead of changes in ranking factors, user behavior, and content formats.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of proven SEO experience in agency or client-side roles.
• Strong command of industry-standard SEO tools and technical proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, and dashboard building; BI platform experience is an advantage.
• Clear understanding of AI-era SEO practices, structured data, and evolving search behaviors.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience in client communication and team handling preferred.
