SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, strategies, and tactics, and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

Technical SEO:

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may hinder search engine visibility.
• Optimize website structure, code, and content for maximum crawlability and indexability by search engines.
• Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine results page (SERP) features.
• Monitor and improve website speed and performance to ensure a positive user experience.

On-Page SEO:

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases with high search volume and low competition.
• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body text, for target keywords.
• Create compelling and informative content that satisfies user intent and encourages engagement.
• Optimize internal linking structure to improve website navigation and distribute link equity.

Off-Page SEO:

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
• Engage in outreach and relationship-building activities with other websites and influencers.
• Monitor and manage online reputation and brand mentions.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze website traffic and keyword rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving SEO strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as social media, PPC, and email marketing.
