SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing SEO optimization activities, including backlink management, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
• Create, manage, and maintain SEO-related accounts such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve organic search traffic and website rankings.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot indexing, crawl, and ranking issues.
• Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and performance.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
• Respond to and manage client communications via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Track SEO metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
• Strong experience with Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics (certifications preferred).
• Ability to perform basic to advanced on-page optimization across various website platforms.
• Experience monitoring and implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve website indexing and technical SEO issues.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of SEO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing SEO strategies for large or global websites.
• Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and current SEO best practices.
• Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, search intent, content optimization, crawlability, mobile friendliness, and page speed optimization.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts such as structured data, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and information architecture.
• Experience using enterprise SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Botify, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
