SEO Specialist

At Brands2be, we’re a 360° digital marketing agency and a certified Google Partner. We craft impactful brand strategies and deliver measurable results across industries. We’re now expanding our SEO team and looking for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
• Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure.
• Build and execute effective off-page/link-building strategies.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for clients with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven SEO experience in an ad agency.
• Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with technical SEO, site audits, and fixing crawl/indexing issues.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a passion for measurable results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
