About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. If you live and breathe search engine optimization, love digging into analytics, and are excited to grow a brand with social impact—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for Life Circle and its training arm, CareSkills Academy
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
• Optimize on-page content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
• Track, report, and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Monitor and respond to search trends and algorithm updates
• Drive organic traffic growth, lead generation, and domain authority

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (preferably with healthcare, edtech, or service sectors)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), HTML basics, and schema markup
• Proficient with keyword research tools and Google suite (GA4, GSC, Tag Manager)
• Ability to generate actionable insights from data and drive measurable improvements

Bonus If You Have:

• Worked with app indexing or ASO (App Store Optimization)
• Knowledge of basic paid search or performance marketing
• Passion for social impact, caregiving, or elder care

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
