Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords.
• Optimize website structure and on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, header tags, URLs, image alt tags, and internal linking.
• Implement technical SEO improvements including site speed optimization, crawl error resolution, mobile responsiveness, sitemap optimization, and robots.txt updates.
• Plan and execute effective off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building, guest posting, and enhancing domain authority.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO metrics; prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark website performance.
• Manage and optimize SEO campaigns for WordPress websites, including plugin configuration and structural improvements.
• Regularly monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile, disavowing low-quality or harmful links.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as:

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate SEO data and identify improvements.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
