Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations at our office in Hyderabad. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic accounting familiarity, vendor and facility management, and the ability to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure a well-functioning workspace
  • Handle vendor management for housekeeping, utilities, printing, repairs, and other services
  • Oversee stores and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and printed materials
  • Support payment processing for vendors and administrative expenses
  • Maintain MIS reports for admin expenses, purchases, and stock movement
  • Coordinate housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials
  • Maintain basic computer records, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Handle basic office errands; a two-wheeler is essential
  • Support in logistics and small purchases when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or similar roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
  • Willingness to travel locally for office errands (must have a two-wheeler)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
