Job Description

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

● Develop and deploy cutting-edge search strategies, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), advanced technical SEO, and the use of AI-powered tools (AIO).

● Conduct comprehensive keyword research, technical site audits, and competitor analysis, specifically focusing on how content is utilized and cited by AI/Answer Engines.

● Optimize site structure, content clarity, and technical SEO elements (schema, site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability) to maximize visibility in both traditional search and AI-generated answers.

● Analyze and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and bounce rates, with a focus on performance within the new AI/Generative Search landscape.

Google Ads Campaign Management

● Plan and execute high-budget Google Ads campaigns (budgets of ₹1,00,000+), leveraging advanced keyword research and AI optimization tools.

● Optimize campaigns based on KPIs, conducting A/B tests and refining targeting parameters (location, device, audience type).

● Implement smart bidding strategies, and monitor Quality Scores, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Data Analysis & Reporting

● Utilize key analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager) for meticulous performance reporting.

● Prepare actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports against defined KPIs.

Collaboration

● Work closely with content, web technology, and design teams to improve site and ad performance through integrated strategies.

Qualifications

● 2–3 years' experience in a hands-on role managing both SEO and Google Ads campaigns.

● Proven, hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including AI optimization platforms (AIO).

● Demonstrated track record of successfully managing ad budgets of ₹1,00,000+.

● Expertise in top-tier keyword research and analytics tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Suite).

● Strong reporting, data-driven analysis, and communication skills.

● Data-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional approach.
