SEO Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO best practices, Google algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure for SEO.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Manage backlink-building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and generate reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience in SEO/digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of Google Ads & social media advertising.
• Experience with content marketing and outreach.
• Knowledge of schema markup and Core Web Vitals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,804.55 - ₹36,141.52 per month
