Role Summary Own endtoend SEO strategy from keyword discovery to technical optimizations secure and sustain firstpage rankings in competitive SERPs within aggressive timeframes. Drive crosschannel leadgeneration campaigns by integrating organic search, Google Business Profile (GMB), Google Ads, and paid social. Key Responsibilities Keyword & Content Strategy Conduct intentdriven keyword research (shorttail, longtail, LSI) using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc. Brief, create, and post SEOoptimised blog articles, pillar pages, and landing pages; manage editorial governance for accuracy and tone. OnPage SEO Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and schema markup for maximum crawlability. Technical SEO Audit and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, sitespeed bottlenecks, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt directives. OffPage & Authority Building Develop whitehat backlink program posts, digital PR, brokenlink outreach to lift Domain Authority. Manage reputation signals through review acquisition, social bookmarking, and thoughtleadership contributions. Local SEO & GMB Optimise and maintain Google Business Profile listings (NAP consistency, categories, Q&A, posts). Paid Search & Digital Ads Create and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta/LinkedIn campaigns focused on highintent keywords and retargeting Required Qualifications & Skills 6+ years of handson SEO ownership across diverse B2B/B2C websites. Proven history of moving target keywords from obscurity to Page 1 within 36 months. Excellent copywriting/editing abilities with an eye for UX and conversion optimisation. Key Performance Indicators (first 6 to 12 months) 100% increase in organic sessions and goal completions. 50 number of Page1 keyword wins (nonbranded & competitive).
