Role & responsibilities: Build and execute full-spectrum SEO strategies across Google, Bing, ChatGPT and emerging AI search engines. Conduct deep keyword, entity, and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities. Optimise website structures, content, and technical health for maximum visibility. Track, measure, and report on KPIs using GA4, GSC, and GTM. Experiment with AI-optimised content, schema, and multi-surface ranking techniques. Explore new AI-powered search technologies and test creative optimisation strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve. Preferred candidate profile: 2 - 5+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house). Strong grasp of technical SEO, analytics, and on-page/off-page optimisation. Proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. Experience with schema markup, structured data, and AI search optimisation. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Curiosity and adaptability ready to learn, test, and innovate fast.
