Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to strengthen AIM’s online presence and improve organic visibility across search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies — from keyword research and on-page optimization to link building and content performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
• Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed for better performance.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied across blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
• Conduct regular SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Track and report on key metrics — traffic, ranking, CTR, and conversions.
• Implement technical SEO improvements in coordination with developers.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO (preferably in education or service industry).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,726.33 per month
