SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development:
• Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to business goals.
• Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for high-impact content.
• Website Optimization:
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for search engines.
• Conduct regular website audits to improve performance and fix technical issues.
• Ensure website structures align with best SEO practices.
• Content Collaboration:
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Guide the team on search engine updates and integrate SEO seamlessly into content strategy.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Analyze website analytics, traffic trends, and keyword performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO progress and recommend actionable improvements.
• Link-Building:
• Implement off-page SEO strategies, including quality link-building initiatives.
• Research and reach out to potential partners for backlink opportunities.
• Staying Updated:
• Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.
• Adapt strategies to stay competitive and achieve consistent results.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
