SEO Project Manager

Job Location: A-61 Noida, Sector 63 (WFO)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM )

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Project Manager to lead and manage International SEO projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in delivering high-performing SEO campaigns and managing a team of SEO executives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, performance excellence, and alignment with client goals.

Job Details:

• Lead and manage multiple SEO projects (International) with a focus on performance and ROI. Define SEO strategies tailored to various markets (US, Canada etc.) and business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO professionals – assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews. Conduct thorough SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink assessments.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, and conversions. Collaborate with content, design, SEO teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of all SEO projects with quality benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Coordinate directly with clients, providing strategy, performance insights, and optimization plans.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a team-leadership or project management role.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, content optimization, on-page and off-page SEO, and local/global SEO strategies.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – must be client-facing.
• Proven ability to manage SEO teams, delegate tasks, and drive accountability.
• Experience working with international clients
