MoveUp Media is seeking a SEO Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic, remote-first team, to boost our domain authority and improve our link-building efforts across diverse international markets. If you’re an expert in securing high-quality backlinks, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for staying on top of the latest SEO trends, we want to hear from you!

To be more specific your core responsibilities will include:

• Develop & execute outreach strategies

  Identify, target, and engage relevant blogs, influencers, and websites to secure valuable backlinks.

• Build & maintain relationships

  Craft personalised outreach messages and nurture long-term partnerships with key industry contacts.

• Create efficient processes

  Set up scalable systems for prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to maximize results.

• Track & optimize performance

  Use analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) to monitor outreach metrics and refine strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  Work closely with content and marketing teams to plan and produce link-worthy content.

You are the perfect fit if you:

• Have 2+ Years of SEO Outreach Experience

  Proven track record in link-building and building authority for multiple websites.

• Have a strong Communication & Negotiation Skills

  Ability to write compelling outreach emails and secure partnerships.

• Have an Analytical Mindset

  Comfortable reviewing data and refining tactics for better outreach performance.

• Are Organised & Detail-Oriented

  Skilled in setting up workflows and managing several campaigns simultaneously.

• Are Up-to-Date with SEO Knowledge

  Familiarity with industry best practices and search engine guidelines.
• Worked in English (fluent level is required)
• Are experienced working in a remote-first company.
