The Role 🎯

As a Frontend Performance Integrator, you will be responsible for:

• Working inside our custom WordPress engine (themes, plugins, internal tools).

  Figma files

  (components, variants, tokens/variables) into production-ready HTML, SCSS (BEM), and JavaScript.
• Build

  pixel-perfect layouts

  with Flexbox & CSS Grid, aligned with our

  Design System

• Ensure

  flawless responsive design

  across devices and high-density screens.
• Craft

  modern animations and micro-interactions

  that enhance UX.
• Keep

  Lighthouse categories

  (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO) consistently high.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and PMs; contribute to our

  component library

  .
• Work with and customize

  WordPress plugins

  when needed.
• Use

  Docker, Yarn, and Git

  in a modern workflow.

Required Skills 💼

To excel in this role, you will need to master the following skills:

• 4+ years

  of professional experience in

  front-end integration

  (preferably WordPress projects) in an igaming or sports media marketing industry.
• Strong expertise in

  HTML5, CSS3/SCSS (BEM)

  and

  JavaScript ES6+

  .
• Deep CSS integration skills: Flexbox, Grid, custom properties, animations, responsive patterns.
• Excellent

  design-to-code fluency

  : ability to translate complex Figma designs (components, variants, tokens, auto-layout) into production code.
• Solid understanding of

  responsive design

  ,

  accessibility (a11y)

  , and

  Core Web Vitals

  (LCP, CLS, INP).
• Experience with

  WordPress plugins and Gutenberg

• Fluency with

  Git workflows

  , Docker environments, and Yarn.
• Pixel-perfect mindset with high attention to detail.
