Salary – INR 25,000 – 30,000 / month

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Manager to own and execute Honylite’s search engine optimization strategy. In this role, you will analyze performance, identify opportunities, and develop SEO initiatives that improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost the visibility of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with Honylite’s business goals.

· Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market insights to guide content and technical improvements.

· Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and keyword placement.

· Oversee technical SEO initiatives: site speed optimization, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals improvements.

· Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets.

· Manage off-page SEO including backlink strategies, outreach, and authority-building efforts.

· Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

· Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep Honylite competitive.

· Identify and address SEO issues, recommending clear, actionable solutions.

Requirements:

· Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO management or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO concepts.

· Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

· Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS).

· Experience with content strategy and keyword-driven content planning (a plus).
