Job Title: SEO Intern Location: Mohali Punjab About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization and contribute to real-world projects that drive traffic, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with SEO specialists to implement strategies and learn industry tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content Assist in creating and managing high-quality backlinks Monitor and report on website traffic and search performance using Google Analytics and Search Console Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Support content creation and optimization for blogs and landing pages Perform competitor analysis and suggest improvement opportunities Assist with technical SEO audits and recommendations Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel/Sheets Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience with real SEO campaigns Mentorship from experienced digital marketers Exposure to a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms A certificate of internship upon successful completion Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance work from office Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
