Job Description

Role: SEO Intern

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (In-office/Hybrid)

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Duration: 3–6 Months


Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team in Hyderabad. This role is designed for someone who wants to master both the technical "on-site" elements and the authoritative "off-site" strategies that drive search engine rankings.


Key Responsibilities:

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

* Backlink Research: Use tools to analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify high-quality link opportunities.

* Outreach Campaigns: Assist in drafting and sending personalized outreach emails to bloggers, influencers, and webmasters.

* Guest Posting: Help identify relevant websites for guest blogging and coordinate the submission process.

* Social Bookmarking & Citations: Perform manual submission to high-authority directories, social bookmarking sites, and local business listings.

* Brand Monitoring: Track mentions of the brand across the web and look for unlinked mention opportunities.


On-Page & Technical SEO

* Keyword Research: Identify target keywords to improve organic visibility.

* Content Optimization: Update meta titles, descriptions, and header tags (-) to align with target keywords.

* Site Audits: Help identify technical issues such as 404 errors, broken images, and missing alt text.


Reporting & Analysis

* Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

* Help prepare weekly reports on link-building progress and domain authority growth.


Requirements & Skills

* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential for outreach).

* Research Skills: Ability to find and vet high-quality websites for link-building purposes.

* Basic Knowledge: Understanding of the difference between "White Hat" and "Black Hat" SEO.

* Tools: Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Hunter.io.

* Organization: Ability to manage spreadsheets and track outreach status meticulously.
