SEO Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Expert with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, generate quality leads, and enhance the company’s online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for real estate websites and landing pages.
• Perform detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities for ranking and content creation.
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Work closely with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are applied in all website content and blog posts.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark SEO performance and stay ahead in the real estate market.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance website health and performance (e.g., crawlability, site speed, mobile optimization).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to local SEO strategies to improve visibility for geo-targeted keywords and Google Business Profiles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Any Field
• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, or other CMS Any platforms.
• Familiarity with local SEO, schema markup, and mobile SEO strategies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
