Job Description

The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for executing and enhancing core data processes within the Knowledge Center (KC). This role involves managing, validating, and maintaining high-quality datasets, generating periodic and ad hoc reports, supporting data governance, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, cleansing, validation, and enrichment tasks in line with business rules.
• Maintain and update databases, master data records, metadata, and data dictionaries.
• Support and do quality checks, issue resolution, and workload management.
• Execute scheduled data uploads, reports, and dashboards; ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Identify data anomalies and inconsistencies; raise flags and propose improvements.
• Collaborate Data to understand needs and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for recurring processes and workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Candidate should know advance or basic excel for data management
• Participate in system testing and upgrades relevant to data platforms/tools.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Candidates should have experience or knowledge in data management, data operations, or knowledge management.
• Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivots, formulas); working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Experience with any ERP/CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) or data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality standards, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
