Role Overview

As an SEO Executive at SpiderWorks, you will play a key role in improving our clients’ organic visibility, traffic, and overall digital performance. You’ll be responsible for executing SEO campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing competitors, and working closely with content creators and developers to ensure every project aligns with SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies, including optimization of meta tags, URLs, headings, and internal links.
  • Carry out off-page SEO activities such as link building, blogger outreach, and digital PR.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues like crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
  • Analyze competitor websites and backlink profiles to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Create SEO-friendly content briefs and support the content team in developing optimized content.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and the latest SEO trends to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Track rankings, traffic metrics, and conversions to evaluate SEO campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in preparing detailed SEO reports and performance presentations for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, content optimization, and online branding.
