SEO Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as a proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to optimize our digital presence and ensure higher search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines.

2. On-Page SEO Optimization:

• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and images for SEO.
• Implement schema markup, structured data, and internal linking strategies.
• Improve website loading speed and mobile-friendliness for better rankings.

3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

• Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies.
• Identify and collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and industry experts for guest posting.
• Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links.

4. Technical SEO & Website Audits:

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement fixes for issues like broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
• Work with developers to improve website structure, site speed, and mobile usability.
• Ensure the website follows Google’s algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

5. Content Optimization & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that ranks well.
• Optimize blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages for better engagement and conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

6. SEO Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track and measure SEO performance.
• Generate monthly SEO reports with key insights and improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
✅ Tools Proficiency: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
✅ Technical SEO Knowledge: Website structure, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and canonical tags.
✅ Content SEO: Strong understanding of content marketing & SEO-friendly copywriting.
✅ Link Building Expertise: Experience with white-hat link-building strategies.
✅ Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
✅ Basic HTML & CMS Knowledge: Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
✔ Familiarity with PPC, social media marketing, and YouTube SEO is a plus.
✔ Google Analytics & Google Ads certifications are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
