Position: SEO Executive Location: Sector 96, Noida Experience : 1 years - 2 years( Mandatory ) Salary: 20,000 - 30,000. Company Overview: Rahane Digitech Pvt. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate and experienced SEO Executive to join our dynamic workforce. Role Overview - As a SEO Executive, you will be responsible for executing strategic SEO initiatives aimed at enhancing organic visibility, improving search engine rankings, and driving qualified traffic to client and company websites. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies . Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and guest posting etc. Track, report, and analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, and SEO performance. Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, image alt text, internal linking, and URL structure. Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix crawl errors, indexing issues, and website performance. Build quality backlinks through white-hat link building techniques. Track and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush , etc. Optimize website layout and navigation to enhance user experience and SEO impact. Create and manage local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results. Collaborate with the paid ads team to align SEO efforts with Google Ad campaign strategies. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new content. Stay updated on SEO trends , algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Monitor competitors and industry changes to ensure the company's SEO strategy remains effective. Prepare and present performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate In any Discipline Minimum 1 year to 2 years of relevant SEO and SEM techniques Experience Mandatory. Knowledge of key SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO practices. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication skills – verbal and written. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
